Account Executive - Online Military Division - Grand Canyon University

About the Role Account Executive responsible for the Fairbanks, AK territory, supporting Grand Canyon University students in a community‑based, military‑friendly environment. Responsibilities Identify and execute event and activity plans to build awareness of online academic programs and generate inquiries. Provide counseling to prospective students, families, and partners, delivering presentations, calls, and emails to promote Grand Canyon University student success. Develop and manage high‑impact partnerships, iterating strategies to maximize value. Guide prospective students through admissions and support their transition to online learning. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with no delinquent or defaulted federal student loans. Outstanding time‑management skills and the ability to prioritize competing tasks while traveling. Clear communication and advanced listening skills for interaction in person, over the phone, and online. Self‑motivation and a proactive drive to take ownership of student success. High emotional intelligence with the ability to coach diverse students and nurture partner relationships. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, a clean driving record, and flexibility for travel, evenings, and weekends. Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Bonus Points Experience in enrollment, recruiting, or counseling. Experience with CRM tools. Compensation and Benefits Starting salary $75,000 with potential to achieve a six‑figure income after 5 years. In‑person training at the Phoenix, AZ campus.
