Logoplaste is looking for a day shift (12 hours, rotating schedule) Maintenance Technician to join their facility in Wilkes Barre, PA!

Position Summary

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Support equipment changeovers, installations, and continuous improvement efforts
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, including Lockout/Tagout procedures
• Maintain work orders, parts inventory records, and maintenance documentation
• Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime and improve performance

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Technical Certification preferred
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Experience with troubleshooting production equipment
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification preferred
