Human Resources Coordinator

Paragon Flight Training is growing, and we're looking for an organized, people-focused Human Resources Coordinator to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside our Human Resources Manager during a transformational period as we continue to invest in our people, processes, and culture. The HR Coordinator will play a key role in recruiting, onboarding, employee experience, HR operations, benefits administration, compliance, and supporting our team across multiple locations.
