Entry-Level Project Manager Residential Kitchen Remodeling Full-Time | Field + Office Based Competitive Salary + Bonus Potential Growth Track to Senior PM Are you organized, detail-oriented, and excited to see a project come to life from design to final install? We are a fast-growing residential kitchen remodeling company looking for an Entry‑Level Project Manager to help bring our sold projects to life. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll work directly with homeowners, installers, and vendors to ensure kitchens are completed accurately, efficiently, and beautifully. If you love problem-solving, working with people, and being the one who keeps everything moving — this role is for you. What You’ll Do Take detailed field measurements of residential kitchens Create and compile accurate project layouts and blueprints Order cabinetry, countertops, and related materials Coordinate deliveries and installation schedules Manage and communicate with subcontractor install crews Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during installation Proactively solve problems and prevent delays Ensure projects are completed on time and to company quality standards You’ll own your projects from post-sale handoff through final completion. What We’re Looking For Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong communication skills — comfortable with homeowners and trades Comfortable reading floor plans or willing to learn quickly Tech-savvy and comfortable using project management software Able to manage multiple projects at once Calm under pressure and solutions-oriented Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Bonus (Not Required) Construction or remodeling experience Experience reading blueprints Experience coordinating subcontractors What You’ll Gain
