Job Description Location: Albany, NY Duration: 24 Months The eLicensing Program mission is to develop, implement and maintain a single, statewide system for use by the citizens and the State to manage all licensing and permitting needs in NYS. The consultant will be performing Project Management tasks including: Coordinating and managing tasks and activities Write and Review Status Reports Track Action Item Status Perform Issue Management Review Deliverables & Perform Quality Reviews Perform Scope and Change Management Leading Meetings and Document Meeting Notes Qualifications Candidates should have at least 36 months experience, and below should apply Project Management experience overseeing projects comprised of multiple deliverables Experience reviewing a medium to large scale project schedule Experience reviewing project management plan deliverables Proposing and managing project risks and issues Experience tracking action item status, coordinating and managing tasks and activities Experience leading meetings, documenting notes, status reports, and project management documentation, and leading lessons learned sessions Additional Information Please respond with updated resume and covering letter with few sentences how you meet each Requested Qualification referring your earlier projects. 3 references are must with the resume.
