Job Summary Assist the Quality Assurance Manager with personnel, quality, and regulatory oversight support. Assist in managing the daily operations of the QA unit and ensuring compliance for the assigned division. Responsibilities Assist QA Manager with personnel, quality, and regulatory oversight support. Perform quality and regulatory reviews of labeling and documentation for compliance with OTC drug monographs, procedures, and quality records. Assist division with product evaluation from a quality assurance and regulatory standpoint. Help plan design, testing, inspection, and process validations to assure quality products or components. Review purchased products or components and provide input on vendor decisions. Manage complaints and develop solutions to identified problems. Prepare and present reports on quality assurance activities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related science/engineering. At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device GMP. Intermediate computer skills. Project‑management knowledge. Preferred: experience in drug product manufacturing, drug regulations, indirect team management, training, and work assignment. Compensation Salary range: $101,000.00 – $152,000.00 per year.
