Description Space Strategy Business Development is seeking a Sr Business Development Analysis who will support the Exploration, Product, and Technology MSAC as Resource Strategy Lead. Responsibilities Lead and manage OH, MA, and B&P investments, including determining efficient budget allocations to new business pursuits and working with BD staff and capture managers to implement Partner with F&BO to implement internal allocation & management process for MA and B&P investments and business cases Liaise with other functions, including central Business Development, Capital, FP&A, ICE, and corporate functions Streamline processes through dashboards including novel and bespoke visualizations of investment and other business development data Support market and customer analysis initiatives that will drive strategy and budget allocation decisions Ensure Exploration leadership priorities and strategies are incorporated into win strategies and proposals through involvement in color teams and decision gate preparations Coordinate and track links between IRAD projects and new business opportunities Basic Qualifications Experience driving strong budget performance across numerous stakeholders Expertise with budget & data management tools Experience with captures and business development Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task; strong organization skills Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills Desired Skills Ability to work proactively to provide data-driven recommendations to leadership Demonstrated ability to create new and refine existing processes and procedures Demonstrated ability to prioritize based on finite resources and achieve buy‑in from stakeholders Demonstrated ability to liaise and bridge gaps across multiple functional areas Intimate familiarity with Business Development and F&BO processes Clearance Level None Additional Information Expression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to employees. Schedules range from a standard 40‑hour week over five days to condensed schedules providing extra time away from the office, in addition to paid time‑off benefits. Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off. Compensation & Benefits Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position (excluding major metropolitan areas) in California, Massachusetts, New York, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $89,300 – $157,550.
