TODAY What You'll Do: Lead functional activities for assigned applications, including requirements gathering, functional specifications, data analysis, project estimates, and coordination of project team meetings. Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts; coordinate testing activities and ensure issues are documented, resolved, and validated prior to implementation. Partner with business and technology teams to understand requirements, support system enhancements and integrations, and provide guidance on the impact of enterprise-wide initiatives. Serve as a subject matter expert and functional lead, collaborating with vendors and project teams while mentoring less-experienced team members on application training, research, and project methodologies. Support post-implementation activities, including gathering feedback, resolving issues, reviewing actual results against project plans, and ensuring adherence to business, risk, regulatory, audit, and technology standards. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or GED Minimum 5 years of experience in operational/business analytics Minimum 5 years of experience in Large Scale Project Organization Minimum 5 years of experience in Audit Findings Minimum 5 years of experience in Working with cross IT organizations What Sets You Apart: Bachelor's Degree. Ability to effectively use project management, word processing and spreadsheet applications. Good understanding of the Bank's application framework. Familiarity with application development software and hardware platforms. Ability to understand business supported and its terminology. Ability to effectively present to all levels of management. Ability to multitask for various components of moderately complex to complex projects. Ability to coordinate between applications and business units. Ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously. Ability to recognize project milestones and delivery dates. Ability to recommend and implement solutions. Proactive. Detail-oriented. Growing understanding of Bank acquisition methodology or relevant conversion experience.
