Project Manager

$120,000 to $150,000 base salary | Performance bonuses | Full benefits | 401(k) match | Cell phone allowance Blayze Group is partnering with an established specialist contractor to appoint a Concrete / CMU Project Manager for commercial and multifamily projects across Central Florida. The company delivers specialist construction services across concrete, precast, CMU / block, masonry and in-situ concrete scopes. The Role Manage concrete and CMU projects from preconstruction through field delivery, cost control and closeout Coordinate with general contractors, owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, concrete suppliers, rebar fabricators, masonry teams and testing labs Support project setup, scopes, budgets, schedules, procurement and phasing plans Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, material approvals, purchase orders, billings, punch lists, warranties and closeout documentation Track project costs against budgets, forecast final costs and protect margin throughout delivery Support field teams to ensure work is delivered safely, accurately, on schedule and to quality standards Assist with estimating where required, including quantity takeoffs, bid reviews, pricing support, inclusions and exclusions Background Sought 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager within concrete, masonry, CMU, precast, shell construction, or specialist subcontracting Commercial or multifamily vertical construction experience Experience with precast, CMU / block, masonry and cast-in-place / in-situ concrete Estimating experience would be highly beneficial, especially takeoffs and pricing concrete / CMU scopes Strong understanding of formwork, rebar, concrete placement, finishing, grout, mortar and reinforcement Experience with job costing, change orders, cost forecasting, project financials and closeout Experience using Bluebeam, PlanSwift, OST, Sage Estimating, Procore, MS Project or similar software is useful Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills Must be authorized to work in the US, no visa sponsorship available #J-18808-Ljbffr
