Travel Respiratory Therapist (7A–7P)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Every Other Weekend | Expected 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services within a 295-bed acute care facility serving an 11-county region in south central Kentucky
• Deliver care across a state-of-the-art facility that includes cardiac care and an advanced neurosurgery program with Spine Center accreditation
• Support a multidisciplinary team of over 170 physicians representing 38 medical specialties
• Perform day-shift respiratory therapy duties including assessment, treatment, and monitoring of patients
• Adhere to all facility protocols, compliance requirements, and required certifications prior to start date

Required Qualifications

• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Minimum 1–2 years of respiratory therapy experience
• All required certifications must be obtained and verified prior to start date; client reserves the right to require additional certifications not listed
• Must reside at least 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for travel consideration

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in an acute care or hospital-based respiratory therapy setting
• Familiarity with cardiac and/or neurology patient populations
• Ability to adapt quickly to a high-volume, multi-specialty clinical environment
