Night Shift Operator
The Bradley Group
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
The Bradley Group is seeking an experienced Night Shift Operator to oversee daily production operations and lead shift personnel in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor the blend tower
- Produce materials according to production schedules
- Tune and maintain production runs as needed
- Lead and manage employees to achieve daily goals
- Maintain plant housekeeping and cleanliness
- Ensure safe and efficient shift operations
Qualifications:
- Manufacturing experience required
- Leadership/supervisory experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
