Job Description

We are hiring Assemblers to help finish electronic circuit boards (PCBs). This role is ideal for someone with manufacturing, assembly, or electronics experience who is detail-oriented and comfortable working with small parts.

Job Duties:

Prepare electronic circuit boards for protective coating (masking, cleaning, setup)
Apply coatings using spray, dip, or automated equipment
Inspect parts under UV light for quality and defects
Follow work instructions and manufacturing procedures
Complete production paperwork and quality logs
Follow safety and chemical-handling procedures
Report defects or equipment issues to supervisors

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Manufacturing, assembly, electronics, or production experience preferred
Good attention to detail and hand dexterity
Comfortable handling small electronic components
Basic computer/data entry skills
Willing to learn manufacturing and quality standards

Schedule:

1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Overtime available as needed (optional)
