San Francisco Junior Corporate Associate

We are looking for a corporate associate with 4-6 years of general corporate experience who is ready to jump in, take ownership of client relationships, and work collaboratively with other associates and partners. You will gain deep and broad experience in venture capital, capital markets, corporate governance, and SEC reporting. We bring clients into the firm at all stages of their growth and represent them through the full life cycle approach, with a particular focus on late-stage private companies, IPOs, and post-IPO representation. This is a highly collaborative group with team members who train and support one another. We prefer candidates who will be based in our San Francisco office. In addition, the candidate must have excellent academic credentials and oral, written, and interpersonal skills. Compensation and Benefits Salary range of $310,000 – $390,000, based on year classification. Discretionary merit bonuses may also be awarded.
