Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations for clients seeking mental health support, utilizing various psychological tests and methods.

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy tailored to the diverse needs of clients facing emotional, psychological, and addiction-related challenges.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with measurable goals, ensuring that they reflect each client's circumstances and aspirations.

• Deliver crisis intervention services as necessary, including conducting suicide risk assessments and determining the need for hospitalization.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, counselors, and medical staff to ensure a unified treatment approach.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress updates in compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Participate actively in training sessions, staff meetings, and peer consultations to encourage professional development and team cohesiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of the LCSW will be working with adults experiencing substance use disorders along with accompanying mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, or trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program and an active LCSW license in the state of Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 yearly, commensurate with experience, alongside a sign-on bonus. Additional benefits include:
