Labor & Employment Associate Attorney – Orange County or Los Angeles Direct Counsel is seeking a

Labor & Employment Associate Attorney

to join a

highly respected, full-service law firm

with offices in both

Orange County and Los Angeles

. The ideal candidate will have

4+ years of employment litigation experience

, with a strong emphasis on

wage and hour class actions

. This role offers the opportunity to work across

single-plaintiff and class action matters

, while also providing

day-to-day employment counseling

to clients. Key Responsibilities: Litigate wage and hour class and representative actions

Handle single-plaintiff discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and retaliation claims

Draft and respond to pleadings, discovery, and dispositive motions

Provide employment law counseling on issues such as leaves, accommodations, discipline/termination, and compliance

(Optional but preferred) Assist with traditional labor matters

Qualifications: 4+ years of Labor & Employment experience

, with

wage and hour class action experience required

Prior experience advising employers on workplace compliance and risk management

California Bar admission required

Strong academic credentials and writing skills

Compensation: Base salary: $250,000 – $275,000

Total compensation potential (including discretionary bonus): $375,000 – $425,000+

, based on billable performance
