Business Analyst

Business AnalystCleveland Brothers Equipment Company is seeking a Business Analyst (BA) within our IT organization that will be the subject matter expert and deliver technology enabled business outcomes through ongoing support, growth, and transformation of our system capabilities that provide clear & measurable business value across key functions of the organization (e.g. Sales, Service, Parts, Rental, Finance, HR, etc.).This role serves as the bridge between business needs and technology delivery. The position manages multiple priorities, gathers requirements, performs process and system analysis, supports enhancements and releases, and conducts testing and troubleshooting to ensure systems evolve with organizational needs and delivers against business domain goals and objectives.
