Recruiting Manager

To support a growing sales organization, the full-time Recruiting Manager will lead the full-cycle recruiting strategy for high-volume sales roles, focusing on sourcing elite talent and optimizing the talent pipeline in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Lead, mentor, and elevate the recruiting function to meet aggressive hiring goals Build and execute strategic recruiting plans for high-volume sales and 1099 roles Screen candidates for skill fit, sales acumen, and cultural alignment while delivering an exceptional candidate experience Required qualifications Proven success leading recruiting efforts in a high-volume sales environment Experience in merchant services and a strong understanding of payment processing is preferred 3-5 years of full-cycle sales recruiting experience 1-2 years in a leadership or senior recruiting role managing people or a department Proficiency with Microsoft Office, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms (ADP WorkforceNow preferred)
