Key Qualifications:

• Active Maryland SLP License
• Maryland Teaching Certification
• SLP-CCC credentials
• Experience in school settings
• Ability to supervise an SLPA and provide guidance for best practices

What You’ll Do:

• Manage a caseload of approximately 20 students with diverse communication needs
• Supervise and mentor a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings as a valued team member
• Adhere to both onsite and hybrid scheduling options as required for supervision
