Your assignment will run from August 17th, 2026, through June 14th, 2027, with a commitment of 20 to 25 hours per week. The district requires onsite or hybrid service delivery to ensure effective supervision of your SLPA collaborator.

Qualifications and Credentials:

• Current Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
• Maryland Teaching Certification
• Experience in school settings preferred
• SLP-CCC credentials required
• Strong skills in supervision and collaborative practice

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to a small caseload of 20 students
• Supervise and mentor a certified Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with teachers and families
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
• Deliver services onsite or in a hybrid format to support effective supervision
