Key Qualifications:

• Holds a current Maryland SLP License
• Possesses Maryland Teaching Certification
• SLP-CCC credential required
• Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
• Demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of approximately 20 students, providing high-quality speech and language services
• Supervise and mentor an SLPA, ensuring the delivery of compliant and effective interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress and develop individualized education plans
• Maintain thorough documentation and complete evaluations and progress reports according to district standards
• Participate in team meetings and professional development to enhance services and outcomes
• Work onsite or in a hybrid capacity as required for supervision
