Our founders are experienced leaders who have generated tens of millions in sales and financing deals across the home improvement sector. With that foundation, we’re building a company positioned to become a market leader in residential remodeling. We provide comprehensive training that goes well beyond standard onboarding. Market Opportunity Southern California is the largest and most active home improvement market in the country: Over 13 million homes in California were built before 1980 and are due for major upgrades. The median home price exceeds $850,000, making remodeling a smarter investment than moving. Mortgage rates have more than doubled since 2021, pushing more homeowners to renovate instead of sell. Utility rates have increased by 80%+ in the past decade, creating demand for energy-efficient upgrades. This combination has created a stable, recession-resistant market, with billions of dollars invested annually into residential improvements. The Opportunity This is a dedicated closing role. You will meet with homeowners on 2+ pre-scheduled, confirmed appointments each day to present solutions such as roofing, windows, painting, and landscaping. Your responsibility is to build trust, guide the homeowner through their options, and close the project. There is no cold calling or door knocking. Our team handles the marketing and appointment setting, so you can focus entirely on closing high-value deals.
