POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for accurately picking and pulling parts for work orders and sales orders. Oversee flat-pack orders from start to finish, ensuring accurate picking, packing, documentation, and timely completion. Perform scheduled physical inventory cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies. Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse areas through daily housekeeping and maintenance.

Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Pick and pull parts for work orders and sales orders, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment; replenish inventory as needed and assist with packing orders.
• Oversee Mexico flat-pack orders, including picking and packing materials and preparing accurate packing slips for shipment.
• Perform weekly inventory cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records, identify discrepancies, and ensure inventory accuracy. 
• Maintain accurate material transactions within the MRP system, ensuring timely and precise updates for work orders and sales orders.
• Assist with shop floor control activities as needed.
• Assist with receiving incoming goods, verify shipping documents for accuracy, and properly put inventory into stock as needed. 
• Unload trucks using hand trucks or forklift, adhere to safe OSHA standards; operates pallet jack and other warehouse forklift equipment. 
• Follows established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, continuous quality improvement practices, safety policies, and promotes workplace safety and environmental practices. 
• Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies, maintains service of equipment including forklift, dolly, hand trucks, tools or other equipment required. 
• Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork   and maintain department files of shipments in and out.
• Ensure parts cage and picking areas are labeled and pick locations are established with all items maximizing space. 
• Maintains excellent attention to detail, meticulous record keeping and organizational skills.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education/Experience

High School Diploma plus 3 to 5 years shipping and receiving experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with warehousing
• Experience in a small part distribution
• Experience with receiving
• Experience with cycle counts
• Independent self-starter with positive attitude
• Previous gaming experience
• Ability to count

Physical Requirements

Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in a warehouse environment; to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time on the warehouse floor; to occasionally lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 25 lbs. with assistance; to occasionally reach items stored at different levels; to hear and respond to alarms, communicate with staff, and use radios for effective coordination.

Work Environment

Required to carry out job duties and responsibilities in a work environment that may include, but is not limited to, varying levels of noise and/or temperature.

Additional Requirements

• Successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming registration. 
• Must have a good driving record
