About the Role

The Company is seeking a Founding VP of Enterprise Sales with a focus on healthcare data and analytics for payers and pharma. This pivotal role involves building and executing the company's enterprise sales strategy from the ground up, with a strong emphasis on personally generating new business and closing complex deals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise healthcare sales, particularly in the areas of specialty pharmacy, high-cost specialty therapies, and payer performance. Responsibilities include developing executive relationships, presenting compelling business cases, and partnering with leadership to refine market positioning and go-to-market execution. The role is not for someone who primarily manages existing accounts but for a player-coach who can open doors, create pipeline, and close deals with health plans, PBMs, specialty pharmacies, and pharmaceutical manufacturers. Applicants for the Founding VP of Enterprise Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of enterprise healthcare sales experience, with a strong preference for those with existing executive relationships in the industry. The role requires a candidate with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of thriving in a startup-style environment, and who can demonstrate outstanding skills in executive presentation, consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship building. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the future of specialty pharmacy analytics, and as such, a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, including specialty pharmacy, payer strategy, managed care, and value-based care, is essential. The role offers the opportunity to influence the commercial strategy of a differentiated healthcare intelligence solution and to lead the market adoption of the product.
