Software Onboarding Specialist

Our Customer Onboarding Associate is responsible for onboarding new customers in a timely manner while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The Associate will conduct customer support and project onboarding activities to ensure the successful implementation of ChiroTouch software and services into each practice. This role is a hybrid position working three days a week in one of our offices in Las Vegas, NV; Green Bay, WI; or San Diego, CA. Areas of Accountability Customer Success: Provide an exceptional customer experience with strong written and verbal communication, timely response, thorough product insight, and result‑driven problem‑solving skills. Project Management: Manage a portfolio of onboarding projects and achieve the applicable onboarding targets for each. Time to Complete: Complete customer onboarding projects within the specified time frames for each software or service type, balancing quality and speed. Competencies for Success Chiropractic and/or ChiroTouch software experience highly desired. Software onboarding or customer project management experience, preferably in a SaaS organization. Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in software training, support, or implementation. Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM and Microsoft Office Suite; adept knowledge of application‑sharing tools and environments; maintain clean and accurate data. Maintain high standards of integrity and accountability. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Passionate customer champion with proven ability to provide exceptional customer support.
