Junior Assistant Project Manager Millwork & Interiors

Innovation Design is seeking a highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented and motivated Junior Assistant Project Manager to support our management team in custom millwork, cabinetry and commercial interior projects.
Key Responsibilities • Assist the Project Manager with daily project organization and follow-up. • Attend jobsite visits and project meetings. • Take accurate field measurements and document site conditions. • Prepare detailed meeting notes, reports and action items. • Organize and itemize project scopes, tasks and technical information. • Document and track Change Orders and project modifications. • Review basic architectural drawings and specifications. • Maintain organized project files, photographs, measurements and documentation. • Track project schedules, deadlines, approvals and pending tasks. • Use Trello to organize projects, assign tasks and monitor progress. • Utilize Google Workspace and AI tools to improve documentation and productivity. • Provide technical and administrative support to the Project Manager
