If you have a passion for diagnosing issues, replacing components, and restoring equipment to working condition, we'd love to hear from you!Location: Fremont, CAPay: $26-$27/hrSchedule: Full-Time | Day shiftEmployment Type: Contract-to-HireAbout the Role ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and troubleshoot hardware failures on electronic equipment and computer systems.Perform component replacements and basic to advanced repair activities.Test and validate repaired equipment to ensure proper functionality.Identify root causes of hardware failures and document repair findings.Read and follow repair procedures, work instructions, and technical documentation.Maintain accurate repair records and update production systems.Work closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve technical issues.Meet daily productivity and quality goals while maintaining a safe work environment.Qualifications1+ years of experience in hardware or electronics repair preferred.Experience repairing one or more of the following:Computers or laptopsMobile phones or tabletsGaming consolesServers or networking equipmentConsumer electronicsIndustrial or manufacturing equipmentAutomotive electronicsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Comfortable using hand tools and basic diagnostic equipment.Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced production environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Preferred QualificationsExperience with server hardware or data center equipment.Component-level repair, soldering, or rework experience.Ability to interpret schematics or technical documentation.Familiarity with BIOS updates, firmware, or hardware validation.
