This position reports to the Billing Manager of Revenue Management. The candidate must be flexible to work overtime as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesEdits Prebills via Prebill Viewer and Aderant based on the request from the Billing Attorneys.Generates a high volume of complex client invoices via Aderant.Ensures that all invoices are compliant with the billing guidelines and that all required supporting documentation is compiled prior to submission.Submits ebills via EHub, including all supporting documentation.Monitors and immediately addresses any invoice rejections, reductions, and those needing appeals.Responds to billing inquiries.Undertakes special projects and ad hoc reports as needed and/or requested.QualificationsSkills & CompetenciesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written), professional demeanor, and presentation.Effectively prioritize workload and adapt to a fast-paced environment.Highly motivated self-starter who can work well under minimal supervision, as well as take a proactive approach in a team setting.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Takes initiative and uses good judgment; excellent follow-up skills.Must be proactive in identifying billing issues and providing possible solutions.Must have the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships within all levels of the firm.Education & Prior ExperienceBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Finance.Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Legal Biller required.TechnologyAderant or Elite/3E preferred, Prebill Viewer, E-billing Hub, Bill Blast.Proficiency in Excel required.Demonstrates a basic understanding of artificial intelligence (AI), including core capabilities, limitations, and importance of data privacy, accuracy, verification, and ethical considerations within a professional services environmentFamiliarity with or willingness to learn AI platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar tools) and incorporate them responsibly into day-to-day workflows to enhance daily work tasks as appropriate and/or directedProactive approach to learning and adapting to emerging AI and related technologies and contributes to a culture of innovationGT is an EEO employer with an inclusive workplace committed to merit-based consideration and review without regard to an individual’s race, sex, or other protected characteristics and to the principles of non-discrimination on any protected basis. #J-18808-Ljbffr
