The Canada Supply Chain Excellence team is looking for a dynamic, customer‑obsessed Sr. Strategic Supply Chain Manager. Amazon Canada is a fast‑growing business evolving with technology and industry trends. Key Responsibilities Own and drive strategic projects critical to our business and coordinate across forecasting and inventory efficiency domains. Chart out and execute strategy and plans to optimize inventory efficiency through forecasting, partnering with cross‑functional teams. Act as a voice of Canada in critical supply‑chain decisions. Define customer‑centric problem statements and develop solutions. Build roadmaps that prioritize development based on business/supply‑chain impact. Monitor, analyze, and own key performance indicators; identify and deliver improvement opportunities around inventory efficiency, OIH, and defects, presenting insights, themes and trends to leadership. Identify opportunities to improve cost structure and profitability and work with partner teams on execution. Communicate complex requirements, project status, and trade‑offs across business, tech, and operations stakeholders spanning all organization levels. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree. 5+ years of program or project management experience. 5+ years of supply chain experience. Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements. Experience owning program strategy, end‑to‑end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership. Preferred Qualifications 4+ years of driving process improvements experience. Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field. Use of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices. Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences. Base salary range: USD 121,200.00 – 163,900.00 annually. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined by factors such as experience, qualifications, and location.
