President About the Company Well-established organization providing financial support & relief services to local communities Industry Non-Profit Organization Management Type Non Profit Founded 1953 Employees 1-10 About the Role The Company is seeking a President to lead its philanthropic arm, which is dedicated to supporting seniors, families, and public education. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and vision, setting and executing a clear direction that aligns with the mission of the organization. This role involves deepening member engagement, expanding philanthropic reach, and elevating the Foundation's role in supporting communities. The President will serve as the primary ambassador, building strong relationships with a diverse network of stakeholders, and will oversee fundraising strategies to increase participation and build a sustainable pipeline of support. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a comprehensive strategic plan, leading a remote team, and partnering closely with the Board of Trustees. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and forward-thinking leader, highly relational and collaborative, with the ability to build trust and credibility across a decentralized network. They should be a skilled communicator, able to articulate the Foundation's mission and impact, and possess the diplomatic and emotional intelligence necessary to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics. While membership in Freemasonry is not required, experience in a mission-driven, community-centered organization, and a background in a relevant sector such as higher education, healthcare, or community foundations, is essential. The President will be expected to foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and shared success, leading with integrity and purpose, and demonstrating a deep commitment to service and community impact.
