• Shift: 12-hour day shifts, five days per week with call coverage and possible weekend coverage
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $6,290 - $7,450
• Patient Population: Adult and geriatric
• Average Patient Volume: 10-15 patients per day
• EMR: Epic
• Call Coverage: Yes

Job Requirements

• Board certification in Vascular Surgery required
• Completed vascular surgery fellowship required
• Active Ohio medical license preferred
• BLS and ACLS required
• Clean background with no malpractice or license issues; no exceptions
• At least 1 year of vascular surgery experience preferred
• Strong comfort with inpatient and emergency department coverage

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive vascular surgery coverage for inpatient and emergency department cases
• Manage inpatient units and deliver high-quality surgical care for adult and geriatric patients
• Participate in scheduled call coverage, including beeper/phone and in-house call as needed
• Evaluate, treat, and follow patients in a hospital-based vascular surgery setting
• Collaborate with the care team to support continuity of care and timely clinical decision-making
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently in Epic
