Data Coordinator

This role owns the execution and continuous improvement of client onboarding, pricing workflows, and operational data processes. Approximately 60% of the role is onboarding, with regular client interaction via email and meetings. The focus is on running, refining, and scaling structured processes — helping transition manual workflows into more efficient, system-driven operations as the business grows. Over time, the role will evolve to include more technical and process optimization responsibilities. What You’ll Own Onboarding & Client Execution Lead end-to-end B2B client onboarding using structured workflows and checklists Communicate with clients, brokers, and partners via email and meetings (~1/3 of role) Execute onboarding steps: data collection, system setup, documentation, and tracking Manage onboarding flow through the sales → implementation lifecycle Own and enhance Excel-based pricing models for new accounts Clean, structure, and manage data across Excel, PDFs, and internal systems Maintain backend tables and ensure data accuracy across workflows Process Improvement & Systems Optimization Turn manual processes into scalable, repeatable workflows Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through tools and system enhancements Standardize processes to ensure consistency across clients and operations Systems & Tools Update WordPress, internal systems, and documentation Use workflow tools to streamline execution and improve data flow between systems What We’re Looking For Must-Have 2–4 years in operations, onboarding, or data-driven B2B roles Advanced Excel (formulas, data manipulation, modeling exposure) Strong understanding of how data connects across systems (relational thinking) Proven ability to improve and implement processes Professional communication skills with clients and partners Nice-to-Have Experience in benefits, insurance, brokerage, TPA, or HR environments Exposure to process automation tools or workflow systems #J-18808-Ljbffr
