Key Traits Restless and eager to get things done Persevering until success Insatiable desire to learn and grow People‑centric and thrives in a fast‑paced, team environment What You'll Do Drive Our Business Forward Work within a geographic territory to close sales, win business, and meet sales goals Turn Prospects into Loyal Clients and Raving Fans Implement a top‑down sales strategy targeting Presidents, CEOs, CFOs, and owners to build a network with C‑level executives Deepen Relationships across the ADP Family Cross‑sell with other ADP associate products and solutions, highlighting new offerings to clients Collaborate Daily Serve as a trusted advisor to clients Develop and maintain relationships with internal groups within the territory Experience You'll Need Required Qualifications: One to two years of prior work experience or internships in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or another relevant industry Preferred Qualifications 3‑10 years of experience in HCM, technology, business equipment, uniform, or software sales Ambitious spirit with a proven ability to exceed sales quotas Established network Organized with strong time‑management skills Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication Strong business acumen Thrives under pressure Benefits and Perks Make your mark and challenge new ideas Stay ahead of the curve in a fast‑paced environment Health‑focused benefits starting on Day 1 Work‑life balance resources and flexibility Paid time off for volunteering The compensation for this role is USD $56,100.00 – USD $121,500.00 per year. Base salary offers may vary based on location, skills, and experience. Additional compensation may include bonus, equity, or commissions. Actual compensation will not be less than applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirements under federal, state, and local laws.
