Mid-Market Account Manager Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and professional Mid-Market Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role involves managing a book of approximately 25 accounts, each with multiple lines of coverage, including property, workers' compensation, and business income. The accounts, primarily in the food-related, hospitality, and travel industries, represent a book of business valued at $250,000 to $300,000 in revenue. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement with occasional client visits and minimal travel, primarily within Southern California. The ideal candidate will possess strong presentation skills, a professional demeanor, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service. Compensation Package Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000 Competitive benefits package, including health insurance, and paid time off. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of approximately 25 mid-market accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Oversee multiple lines of coverage, including property, workers' compensation, and business income. Conduct client visits and presentations, both virtually via Zoom and occasionally in person. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and providing tailored insurance solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and account management. Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with up-to-date advice and solutions. Qualifications/Requirements Proven experience in managing mid-market accounts, preferably in the insurance industry. Strong knowledge of property, workers' compensation, and business income coverage. Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively in both virtual and in-person settings. Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel locally within Southern California as needed. Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with occasional in-office presence in Torrance.
