Manufacturing Technician I - B2 Shift (Compounding)

Manufacturing Technician I position in biologics compounding operations on B2 shift (5:45pm–6:30am Wednesday–Friday and alternating Saturday). Supports cGMP manufacturing through equipment operation, material preparation, cell culture handling, and quality testing using laboratory information systems and automated controls.
Responsibilities
- Ship finished materials and maintain inventory levels
- Sample in-process and raw materials; operate glass washers and autoclaves
- Prepare buffers, media, and equipment using CIP/SIP procedures
- Conduct cell culture from vial thaw through production scale and column chromatography
- Perform tangential flow filtration and assist with process method development
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years manufacturing experience, or associate degree in science with 1+ year relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree with any relevant experience
- Ability to recognize deviations from established procedures
- Proficiency with LIMS, SAP, and automated control systems
