Our company values include excellence, integrity, innovation, and a customer-centric approach. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role as a Sales Director at Energy Masters HERS Testing. The Sales Director will be responsible for day-to-day sales operations, customer service, team management, and business development. This role is located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area with flexibility for some remote work. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify potential business opportunities, markets, and partnerships. Create and implement effective strategies to attract new business clients and partners. Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing business clients and partners. Conduct outreach through calls, emails, meetings, and presentations to pitch services and solutions to potential clients. Handle contract negotiations to secure favorable terms and close deals with new business clients. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business development strategies. Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align efforts and ensure a cohesive approach to business development. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the business and build a strong professional network. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and maintaining strong ongoing relationships.
