Facilities CoordinatorSeeking a reliable, self-motivated, proactive and skilled individual with proven experience in the maintenance field or other similar position, preferably in a business setting. Responsibilities include:Handling the company's fleet of vehiclesKeeping the fleet clean, performing minor tasks on the fleet and taking the fleet to various vendors for mechanical workScheduling/Coordinating vendor appointmentsPerforming essential upkeep tasks throughout our facilitiesVarious tasks such as minor repairs and upkeep to ensure our facilities are both tidy and functionalChanging lightbulbsRestocking supplies as neededEmptying trash as neededMaintaining daily cleanliness of the facility and groundsTouching up paintRequirements:Experience working with both hand and electrical tools with ability to read and utilize manuals and drawingsSome basic working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems preferredMust be self-motivated with a keen eye for detailMust have excellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh school diploma or equivalentMust have clean driving recordWork Environment:Combination of indoor technical facilities and outdoor sitesMay involve climbing, lifting equipment, and working in varying weather conditionsDrug free and smoke free workplacePhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds at timesMust be able to travel to other properties as neededClear verbal and written communication in person, by phone, and via videoOperate standard office equipment and software programsVisual and auditory ability to review contentBenefits: Full-time new hires: Eligible to participate in all Company benefit plans, including:Health, dental, vision, and HSA (effective 1st of the month after 30 days; subject to plan terms)Company-paid life insurance and EAP; voluntary short-term disabilityPTO (accrual-based) and company-paid holidays401(k)Equal Employment Opportunity Statement WINK News is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
