Job Summary:
A Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) specializing in Home Health is needed in Portland, Oregon. This position involves delivering skilled physical therapy services to patients in a Home Health setting. Candidates must have a valid license and one year of recent Skilled Home Health experience. • Float: No; traveler is expected to remain within the primary assigned area and not float between different units.
• Additional Information: Candidate must have their own transportation; occasional travel radius of approximately 60 miles per day; good coordination to minimize drive time; must provide two references covering 1 year (6 months for CNAs) within the last 3 years prior to start; booster COVID vaccination is required.
