Associate Annual Giving Officer - Foundation

The Associate Annual Giving Officer is responsible for creating and managing strategies to secure significant annual donations (often $1,000+) from high-potential donors. The role focuses on discovery, qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship to build future major‑gift prospects, bridging regular annual giving with major gifts to ensure a consistent revenue stream and nurture relationships with donors who have the capacity to give more significantly in the future. This position requires strong relationship‑building, data analysis, and fundraising skills, typically within higher education, academic medical centers, or other non‑profits. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2‑4+ years of direct fundraising experience (preferably in higher education, healthcare, or other non‑profits), sales, or similar roles with demonstrated capacity to organize and manage projects/programs. Benefits The position offers a base pay range of $33.05 to $51.30 per hour, with potential additional compensation such as shift differentials, overtime, and bonus opportunities.
