Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and continuously evaluate client needs to develop individualized, person-centered recovery plans.

• Engage clients in creating actionable treatment goals, fostering skills in coping mechanisms, problem-solving, and effective communication.

• Monitor the therapeutic progress of clients by adapting treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback.

• Facilitate knowledge transfer about available community resources, advocating for client access to necessary services and support.

• Implement skill-building activities that focus on daily functioning, leisure pursuits, and enhancing caregiver involvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role centers on serving adult clients who struggle with diverse mental health challenges. You will work closely with individuals facing a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and social adjustment difficulties. The focus will be on empowering clients to regain control over their lives while fostering resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Current state licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• Demonstrated ability to practice independently without supervision; candidates must have a clean disciplinary record.
\n
• Strong computer skills and reliable access to high-speed internet necessary for telehealth sessions.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Proven experience in delivering direct clinical services to individuals with mental health diagnoses.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to connect empathetically with clients, fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.

• Familiarity with using electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth systems is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
