Whether you're an experienced STNA or just starting your career, you'll be part of a supportive team that is dedicated to providing exceptional care to our residents.
Responsibilities:Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Provide compassionate, high-quality care while maintaining residents' dignity and independence
Record and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing team
Assist with meals, hydration, and daily routines
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
Work closely with nurses and other team members to provide excellent resident care
Current Ohio STNA certification
Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable and dependable attendance
