Director/Senior Director, HEOR Modeling and Evidence Synthesis

Axsome Therapeutics seeks a Director/Senior Director to lead health economic modeling and evidence synthesis for CNS therapeutics. This hands-on role will develop and validate cost-effectiveness and budget impact models while conducting systematic reviews and network meta-analyses to support marketed products and pipeline candidates.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, build, validate, and interpret cost-effectiveness and budget impact models
- Lead systematic literature reviews and conduct network meta-analyses
- Translate clinical and economic evidence into actionable insights for market access
- Partner with cross-functional teams including HEOR, Medical Strategy, and Market Access
- Oversee scientific strategy and execution of decision-analytic modeling projects
Requirements
- Expertise in health economic modeling and cost-effectiveness analysis
- Experience conducting systematic literature reviews and indirect treatment comparisons
- Proficiency in network meta-analysis and decision-analytic modeling
- Strong knowledge of CNS therapeutic areas or rare disease markets
- Advanced degree in health economics, pharmacy, epidemiology, or related field
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex analyses to cross-functional stakeholders
