You will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, meeting daily and monthly performance goals , and maximizing opportunities within your assigned portfolio. Key Responsibilities : Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients across the country Manage a robust client/prospect pipeline to maximize business opportunities Serve as a trusted advisor, offering empathetic, consultative guidance tailored to each client’s needs Achieve daily metrics and monthly targets to drive personal and team success Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and support Continuously seek opportunities to learn from industry leaders and grow professionally What You Bring: A hunger for success, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn and grow Strong active listening skills and an empathetic, consultative approach Excellent communication and interpersonal management skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Experience with Excel and CRM systems is a plus Bachelor’s or Associate Degree preferred Self-starter mentality with a track record of personal and professional achievement Compensation and Benefits: Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO) Gym Membership Contribution (Equinox Partner) Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Plan Fruit, Snacks, Coffee provided through the week A team lunch catered weekly Company-sponsored social events most weeks Schedule: Monday to Friday
