About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Sales to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and delivering on company revenue targets, leading the transition to a self-sufficient sales organization, and executing deals to build long-term customer relationships. This role requires the development of sales playbooks, precise pipeline management, and the design and execution of both outbound and inbound sales strategies. The Head of Sales will also be instrumental in negotiating enterprise-level contracts, managing channel partner relationships, and leading a team of AEs and SDRs with a focus on training, mentoring, and team scaling. Applicants must have a minimum of 6 years' experience in B2B tech sales, with at least 2 years in a player/coach leadership role within high-growth startup environments. A proven track record in closing enterprise-level health tech deals, strong negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of healthcare economics and pain points are essential. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, analytics-driven, and possess strong people management and training skills. A charismatic, resilient, and strategic leader who is adept at thriving in fast-changing environments and is relentless in their pursuit of success will be a perfect fit for this role.
