What you19ll do

• Lead the Site Safety Program, uphold policies, and elevate housekeeping using 5S and Beyond Zero safety and wellness initiatives.
• Turn site and enterprise strategies into action; communicate how daily tasks link to bigger goals.
• Model ATS leadership competencies; show up self-motivated and emotionally intelligent to drive team priorities.
• Champion our Operating System so it is understood, reinforced, and embedded in daily operations.
• Support the Site Manager by measuring and reporting maintenance KPIs, performing root cause analyses, delivering action items, and clearing roadblocks to continuous improvement.
• Keep the customer informed: communicate and escalate priorities, issues, and equipment status; help sustain a positive, profitable relationship.
• Manage expenses with the Site Manager (labor, overtime, materials) and approve any overtime worked by the team.
• Review work orders, maintain schedule adherence, identify gaps, and correct them quickly.
• Run impactful team meetings and contribute as an influential leader.

Skills and experience

• Associate19s degree (two-year college) with at least 3 years in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications, web-based platforms, and CMMS software.

Nice to have

• Business fundamentals: contracts, customer-business awareness, negotiation, billing models, financial exposure, and relationship building.
• Hands-on planner/scheduler experience.

Compensation and benefits

ATS believes in fair and equitable pay. Actual pay may land within, above, or below the range depending on education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401(k) with employer matching, tuition reimbursement, and more.

Pay Range: $76,937.45 - $102,583.29
