You'll enjoy a schedule that promotes work-life balance, with shifts occurring Monday through Friday, totaling approximately 40 hours per week. As part of our dedicated team, you will play a crucial role in facilitating patient recovery in a dynamic and supportive atmosphere.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough evaluations to assess patient needs and establish individualized treatment plans based on physician referrals, incorporating evidence-based practice and interdisciplinary collaboration.Implement therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient's condition, using specialized techniques and modalities to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.Provide education and training to patients and caregivers, enhancing their understanding of conditions, treatment goals, and at-home exercise programs.Ensure exceptional customer service by cultivating meaningful relationships with clients and maintaining open lines of communication regarding progress and motivation.Maintain accurate documentation in alignment with regulatory compliance and best practices, monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.Participate in team meetings and case conferences to share insights and collaborate on patient care strategies, maximizing outcomes through shared knowledge and expertise.Strive to meet utilization goals and contribute to the overall advancement of the practice's objectives.Patient Population / Client FocusIn this position, you will work with a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, pediatric challenges, and sports injuries.
