HR Generalist - Law Firm, On-Site, Growth & Benefits

Noor Staffing Group is seeking an exceptional HR Generalist for their office in Century City, Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of HR experience, preferably in the legal or professional services industry. Responsibilities include onboarding new employees, conducting orientations, managing the performance review process, and providing HR support in employee relations and benefits administration. The position requires on-site work 5 days a week and knowledge of HR principles, employment law compliance, and experience with ATS and HRIS, preferably Workday.
