Job Summary: Job Description: MaineGeneral Medical Center is a premier healthcare organization dedicated to delivering quality, compassionate patient care. We have an excellent opportunity for a full-spectrum OB/GYN Physician to join our well-established and growing practice in Augusta, Maine. We also have a satellite location in Waterville, with operating room time.

Core Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Clinical Care : Provide routine women's health and GYN care, including specialized in-office procedures.
• Obstetric Excellence : Deliver state-of-the-art obstetric care for both routine pregnancies and high-risk conditions. Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
• Surgical Care: Perform inpatient and outpatient procedures with access to Davinci Robot.
• Academic Engagement : Work collaboratively with residents to support the next generation of medical professionals in our community.
• Schedule : 32 clinical hours and a dedicated 8 hour administrative day each week.
• Balanced On-Call Rotation : Participate in a highly-manageable 1:8 call schedule.

Team Structure

• Join a team of highly collegial and supportive staff consisting of:
• 7 OB/GYN Physicians
• 1 Family Medicine Physician
• 7 Midwives
• 4 Advanced Practice Practitioners
• A dedicated clinical and administrative support team

Requirements

• Board Certified or Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Eligible for an active, unrestricted medical license in the State of Maine.
• Strong collaborative skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary care team.
