Wise is seeking a senior CRM leader to own the Americas communication strategy. You will bridge high-level CRM vision with hands-on execution, ensuring timely, relevant messages across channels for North America and Latin America. You will manage a small CRM team, foster experimentation, and work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Analytics to optimize activation, cross-sell, and retention.
