What Makes You a Great Fit: 1+ years of sales experience preferred; logistics experience is a plus but not required Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required Strong communication skills, especially over the phone and by email Coachable, adaptable, and open to feedback Reliable, professional, and team-oriented with a competitive drive A genuine interest in sales, business development,andbuilding client relationships Comfortable making outbound cold calls and taking initiative to build a pipeline Customer-focused with a solution-oriented mindset Self-motivated to show up each day, learn quickly, and do your best work As a Haulistic Inside Sales Representative, You Will: Develop the skills to manage a book of business, make outbound calls, prepare quotes, and resolve customer issues as you grow in the role. Make outbound cold calls as part of building your pipeline; we have invested in tools and technology to help you do this effectively. Work closely with internal teams to create a smooth, positive experience for customers. Deliver a high level of customer service and help create long-term relationships built on trust and responsiveness. Learn your customers’ shipping needs, understand their challenges, and help provide the right solutions. Build and manage a customer pipeline with support, training, and guidance from the team. Get comfortable stepping outside your comfort zone and solving problems in a fast-moving environment.
