Join Durex Industries as a Forming Operations Supervisor and guide the movement of materials, information, and assemblies across our shop floor. Your day centers on keeping production humming—aligning teams, reconciling parts, and ensuring every component gets where it needs to be, when it needs to be there.

You start by walking the floor, reviewing daily progress reports you’ve generated, and confirming that manufacturing orders have full component visibility. You coordinate with Foundry and Assembly on component flow, then huddle with Operations Supervisors and Team Leads to prioritize work and reconcile assemblies. Throughout the day you manage Shipping & Receiving activities, operate barcode/labeling equipment, and act as the Business Process Owner (BPO) for our barcode and labeling systems—troubleshooting issues and training teammates as needed.

As production advances, you validate manufacturing transactions in the MES/SFM and ERP, maintain MO documentation, and keep physical inventory accurate through cycle counts and the annual physical. You expedite critical assemblies, resolve MRBs and CARs, and partner with Purchasing to review materials and replenish stock via Kanban and safety stock strategies. You close the day by reconciling SFM and ERP quantities/locations and capturing follow-ups from department meetings.

• Coordination of production components across departments with timely status updates
• Ownership of action items from department meetings and follow-through to completion
• Cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Quality, Production, Planning, and Shipping & Receiving
• Prioritization and reconciliation of component quantities/assemblies with Operations Supervisors and Team Leads
• Shipping & Receiving oversight, including barcode and labeling operations
• Expediting assemblies through manufacturing and shipping
• BPO stewardship for barcode/labeling systems and on-floor technical support
• Accurate material movement and transactions in MES/SFM and ERP
• Component flow coordination between Foundry and Assembly
• MO documentation integrity and physical inventory accuracy
• Creation and follow-up of MRBs and Corrective Action Requests (CARs)
• Cycle counts and annual physical inventory participation
• Daily work progress reporting and production transaction accuracy
• Reconciliation of Shop Floor Manager (SFM) and ERP transactions, quantities, and locations
• Liaison support for Purchasing on material reviews and replenishment
• Inventory/material flow improvements using Kanban and safety stock
• Schedule adherence and component visibility for active manufacturing orders
• Continuous improvement initiatives and special projects

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Operations or related discipline preferred
• Experience in discrete manufacturing
• Strong process discipline with data analysis skills
• Sound judgment and ability to sustain newly implemented processes
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-driven; change champion
• Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication across all levels
• Organized and detail-focused
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• ERP and labor/material transaction experience; Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• OSHA 10 certification preferred

• Leadership and people management; prior supervisory experience
• Bilingual Spanish a plus
• Warehouse experience
• Knowledge of workers’ compensation processes
